Our classic sausage, made the way we always make it, with one addition: 10% heart and kidney blended straight through the mince.

Same recipe, same grass-fed beef off our farm — we've just added the organ meats that get left out of most sausages. Heart and kidney are some of the most nutrient-dense cuts on the animal, rich in B12, iron, CoQ10 and folate, and at 10% you get the benefit without changing the flavour you already know.

Nothing else changes. No fillers, no gluten, no fuss — just beef, offal and our sausage blend. If you've been meaning to get more organ meat into the week but don't love cooking it on its own, this is the easy way.
