Good grass-fed beef at a great price — a box of everyday favourites from our family farm, built to feed the family. The same reliable staples every delivery; only the Butcher's Surprise changes.

Each box (about 7.5–8kg):

• 3kg grass-fed mince
• 2kg sausages
• 800g sausage patties
• 1kg of your choice of diced, stir-fry or minute steaks
• A "Butcher's Surprise" cut (500g–1.23kg), worth $30–50, different every box.

Build it your way

Every box is put together in our box builder, so you can make it suit your household:

• Choose your steaks — diced, stir-fry or minute
• Set your mince-to-sausage ratio
• Add extra steak cuts, or upgrade your mince to organ-meat-infused carnivore mince

The Butcher's Surprise

One cut, chosen by us, that changes with every box — a taste of the parts of the animal you might not reach for yourself, worth $30–50. Examples t-bone, short ribs, sirloin, brisket etc.
