The Box Rotation System
Our subscription uses a 4-box rotation to deliver you a complete quarter of a cow over your commitment period.
Why Do Boxes Rotate?
A single cow produces many different cuts — from premium steaks to slow-cook favourites. Unfortunately, nature doesn't make scotch-fillet-only cows (we've asked).
By rotating through 4 different boxes, you receive the full variety of cuts that make up a quarter cow. This honours the whole animal, reduces waste, and allows us to offer premium grass-fed beef at true farm-direct prices.
After Box D, the cycle repeats — ensuring consistent variety with every quarter cow.

Our subscription includes a commitment to receive 4 boxes. This ensures you experience the complete rotation and all the variety a quarter cow offers — and since we forecast months in advance, it keeps everything running as it should. That said, we keep things flexible.

How much meat is in each box?
Each box contains approximately 10kg of grass-fed beef, including a mix of steaks, roasts, mince, sausages, and slow-cook cuts. The exact cuts rotate between boxes as part of our 4-box rotation — over four deliveries you'll receive a complete quarter of a cow.
Can I customise my box?
Yes! Before each delivery, you can customise your box within your allocation. Swap cuts, adjust quantities, or stick with the default selection. Just make sure any changes are locked in before the cut-off for that delivery. Enter your postcode above to see your cut-off.
When do you deliver?
Delivery days depend on your area — enter your postcode above to see available delivery days. When you subscribe, you choose a frequency (every 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 weeks or longer) and we schedule your deliveries to match. Pickup orders follow the operating days of your chosen market or collection point.
What's the cut-off for orders and changes?
Each delivery has a cut-off that depends on your delivery method. For home delivery, the cut-off is set by your delivery zone. For pickup, it's based on your chosen location. Orders, customisations, skips, and reschedules all need to be finalised before the cut-off. Anything submitted after will apply to the following delivery cycle. When will my first delivery arrive?
If you subscribe before the cut-off, your first box will arrive on the next scheduled delivery day. Orders placed after the cut-off will be scheduled for the following delivery cycle. Enter your postcode above to see your next available delivery.
Can I skip a delivery?
No problem. Log into your account and skip your next delivery any time before the cut-off. You won't be charged, and your subscription will resume on its next scheduled delivery.
Can I reschedule a delivery?
Yes — you can move your next delivery to a different date, up to 12 weeks out. Just make the change before the cut-off for your current delivery.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across the Newcastle and Hunter region of NSW. Enter your postcode above to check availability and see the delivery fee for your area. We also have pickup locations if you'd prefer to collect.
How do I store the meat?
Your box arrives frozen. Transfer it straight to your freezer and thaw what you need in the fridge. Once thawed, use within the week.
When will I be charged?
You're charged at the start of each billing cycle based on your chosen frequency. Your billing date aligns with the cut-off before your delivery. Any extras or substitutions you've selected will be included in that charge. Enter your postcode above to see your delivery schedule.
How do I cancel?
After your 4-box commitment, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in contracts.
